He is getting a paper that has all the information on how to make an atomic bomb in detail, and where all the atomic bombs in the world and how to get them. First he skies down the mountain, and then enters a building. He sees a security guard then kills him in the building. After he enters the room with the VIPaper in it. In the room there is the French minister of the army. Like you think Joe Metow kills him, takes the VIPaper and jumps off the balcony, before jumping of the balcony he takes a portable computer that Joe found in the room.
